What made you decide you needed a new phone system?

“We were experiencing issues with the quality of our calls, which our previous supplier were not able to resolve. As a business which relies heavily on a working phone system, this was not acceptable to us.”

How do you feel the move to Artemis went?

“Very smoothly, there were no issues. They had an Account Manager come in and help with the transition, answer any questions we had. On the day, it was all very well managed and went without a bump.”

How would you describe your relationship with Artemis?

“Very good. They’re very responsive, you can talk to any level and they’ll be happy to help. You raise a ticket and they help straight away. Compared to our previous supplier, it’s a 99% improvement. A completely different relationship”.
